You don't want to ride in one.
They are typically driven in impoverished countries where bad judgement abounds.
I had 2 guys in one in in Peshaw Pakistan in the mid 80's
The third team mate was following.

Kid jumps off a curb in front of vehicle and it looked planned.
The cops came instantly and my guys paid a $50 fine for being in a TukTuk that crashed.
