Don (Triplenut) got started on a 3into 1 but it was never finished.
He was pretty confident that he could get one to work though. I helped him with the header design (S2)
He insisted on the shortest possible primary tubes, equal length and tapered tubes.

If anyone is interested in taking over the project, let me know, I can provide the layouts for this header design.

Ok, so the 3 in 1 makes 90rwhp, sounds AMAZING and it wont rev much past 9k so you wont overrev and break something.. To me, that sounds more or less perfect. But Torque was bad? Or still good, but not as great as with other chambers?

What is amazing (to me) is Jorgen's porting makes a poor set of pipes perform!
Don't forget that 90 hp is only 75% of what a decent pipe will produce on the same motor.

What did the H2's with 3:1 chambers you have tried, produced with effective chambers?

I cannot remember what the butt dyno difference was between regular dencos and the 3 into 1 in terms of overall power as the 3 into 1 seems to pull so much harder right off of the bottom.

The biggest thing that comes to my mind is the "WALL" that the 3 into 1 hits when it gets to the mid 6xxx's RPMS.

All of that said, I think that you are onto something in terms of Pipe Volume. The Strader diameter is tiny compared to the Figaroli in your photo.

All of the 2 into 1 and 3 into 1 chambers that are produced for snowmobiles are 2x's larger still than the Figaroli, and while they obviously aren't making as much HP as individual chambers still pull your arms out of their sockets when you grab a handful of throttle.

Like Sverre said, if someone could do a bit more R&D into a modern design 3 into 1 that would give unlimited cornering clearance with only a mild drop in overall HP for an H1 and H2, I would be first in line.

Jorgen, do you have a bone-stock port H2 to mount that Figaroli on to compare to stock or individual chambers???

Good Stuff Here.. Love that you are really digging deep. Been a while since threads like this have been posted.

I have that, and I will definately try that combo later.

Did more dyno testing today, me and 2 friends.

DENCO
F BY GAST
TNT
WIRGES, shortened belly and removed silencer.

This dyno sheets will be posted, but first I am gonna write an article about the results in the norwegian triples club magazine.

A few hints though:

Modified Wirges are very good pipes.
1 brand produced 120 rwhp, but at a very high rpm.
Dencoes are extremely great street pipes, and had the smoothest curve I have ever seen.

Thank's, but remember that stock pipes is way better than the 3:1 Figarolies, even if they produced half an hp less. BUT THE SOUND OF THE FIGAROLIES..........OH MAN

Yeah, I know but if you look at a typical sled 3:1 pipe, the collector is very short. My guess is there could be more potential than the old 4 stroke style of long primary.

Well then It must be the Fast by Gast or TNT pipes that made 120HP.......I will go with FBG........as I have them on my bike (probably the TNT's though......which I thought were Tony Nicosa's modified Denco's)

That is some fascinating Stuff Jorgen, Keep it coming

Does this mean you ran straight tubes?

I think I am not up to it, since there are certain unsure aspects to that kind of test regarding possibilities of engine damage  :?:

But the Figarolies are just crazy, just as the TNT pipes. Made a lot of power, but peaked sky high
