Only the cylinders are for sale. Here's a picture of the complete engine which was rebuilt around 2010 for the former owner.

I sent the cylinders and heads to Scott Clough for porting and other work. The cylinders are on 73 mm. Scott told me the piston to cylinder clearance was too high. The cylinders can be: 1) Bored to 73.5 mm, which is the largest overbore available; 2) Resleeved (big bucks); 3)Nikasil coated to 73.5mm and possibly back to 73mm.
When I received the bike I took the heads off and the cylinders were super clean. I doubt the former owner put more than a couple of hundred miles on them with the new pistons. I put about 2,000 miles on them, pretty easy miles and always with filters.
When Scott looked at the cylinders he said it looked like the motor was run without an air filter. The pistons were scuffed and the clearances opened up, probably from piston skirt collapse. I don't know why the piston/wall clearance opened up and the pistons got scuffed. My best guess is that the company who bored the cylinders used too much clearance.
Instead of working with these cylinders, I sent another set to Scott.
These cylinders are at his shop, along with the pistons, rings etc. Sorry I don't have a picture of just the cylinders, I didn't think that I would be putting them up for sale.
So if you want a set of relatively inexpensive cylinders and want to have Scott work on them, you'll save some money on shipping. The exteriors look nice, they were bead blasted when the motor was rebuilt. I believe they are 1972-1973 tapered cut out, please confirm with Scott.
Here's Scott's website with his contact info:
