Heading for the hospital in 15 minutes for a bit of outpatient knee surgery for a torn meniscus. Happy meds and a spinal block and Bob's your uncle...A very minor tear, just a snip of the bad cartilage and clean up...Off work for 3 days :D :D :D

Forget what others said. Stay off your bike for a few day so that you can ride again later! I've seen people make it worse by doing too much. Peace be with you.

At home on couch leg up, major pain meds and icebag on board. The only time it doesnt hurt is when I walk on it, which is OK according to Doc. So I take a lap up and down the hall every little while.Thanks to all for the kind words and well wishes.
