 Post subject: Is this piece for my H2?

I am starting to re-plate some pieces and apparently I didn't get the right picture when I was disassembling the bike because I can't figure out what this is and where it goes. Any help? :?

I don't remember taking it off the bike but it was in the 750 pile, I have about three bikes apart all over the garage so it could be off one of them.
