@Rick: would love to take my bikes to that dyno and get an even better number on paper!
@Jorgen: First time I took my 100 RWHP bike (not this S3-750) for a spin I was not impressed with power at all. It was because build up of power (torque) was very smooth. Performance can be deceiving. Maybe yr 81 RWHP setup has much better midrange torque.
@ JP: Had one set of bridged inlet cylinders nikasiled 8 years ago. Don't remember what pistons are fitted, Wiseco or Kawa, but I think the latter. No probs. Two sets H2 nikasiled cylinders have been running 10 and 6 years now, both with stock Kaw pistons.

the only explanation for the seized piston on the H1B (with H2 CDI) is the revaltec traitment on the barrels.
Bike was 6000 RPM 5 th gear, carburations was rich, ignition set up was ok, no air leak somewhere and so on.
But the H2A which was done before is still working with much more miles so
will perhaps try it too on one of my H2

I have logged in here for the first time in ages, and bugger me the site worked.... It shut me out for ages,thought I must have annoyed JA. See that King Bill and Leo still urging folk on, I dunno.Hows the injuries Leo?? Be careful comparing different makes of dyno's data guys. I have graphs from a completely stock H2B on a Dynojet 250i which show ..... 53hp from memory. Thats with the airbox snorkel and everything as it was ridden off the showroom floor. So 60 sounds ok wih the snorkel off to me. I will see if I can fish them out from a couple of computers ago. Any dyno where the operator has to add a ramp rate before data gathering, can vary with the operator more easily. How the hell are all you guys going?? . BTW Anre's bike above looks cool, it will go heaps better if those EMGO style chrome backed air filters were replaced by some foam Unifilter ones, up a couple of jets as well. Or pull them off on the dyno and test. I tip 5hp with a filter change.
