they are soft on the bottom, they get really bad down low with porting, and will rev to the moon with a power peak around 8500. So unless you are racing, as was said, not real good on the street.

ALL you triple experts know WAYYY more than me obviously, but I can say it. I value all your opinions and comments and take them Seriously. If you say these pipes are not the best for the street please give your opinion on what is. Tomcats? Dencos? JL's? Thank you in advance... :) :thumbup:

Tomcats - close to unobtanium
Denco's - Hard to find in nice shape
Denco copies made by board member Jim - perfect for the job

I'm partial to Dencos, but there are other good choices. If you don't mind welding a kit, Walms has some really nice ones available.

Thanks Jim C, but I haven't taken any new orders for reproduction Dencos lately due to the backlog, but I'm working on a way to fix that. I should know something in the next month or two.
