Well guys the other site has deleted some of my pics, to bad and sad, :cry: Thats ok I am here to stay. I dont know if this link will continue on but anyway I am getting the motor in and getting her done.This has been vapor blasted and I will not never bead blast again. :thumbup:

Hey I don't think that stabilizer is stock for a 71h1a what do you say...I do think the upgrade is great though...

If the damper wasn't stock in '71 it was def. a dealer option. Had the "accordian" type stock on my'70 H1 - I thought the adjustable type came in about '71. Might depend on which market.

Things are moving along, primed the pump using the great drill method, The airboot and all the zink plating turned out great.oil lines and pump are set and will adjust and sinc the carbs, Notice the air cleaner box is not zinked, I will have that done when I take in my next batch of nuts and bolts,forgot it the last trip in :banghead Cant wait to fire it up. :D

Well after making sure evering mocked up OK she is finally ready to fire up. This bike has a great story behind it and after I get the final touches done I will post it up, Thanks for all the help from guys on the board and a big thanks to kawbulman for giving me the chance to own this great bike,your the best :clap: Oh and ya as far as Im concerned kawbulman has a 100,000.00 positive feedback score :D Just left the oil pump cover off so when I fire it up we can hold the oil pump cam wide open.she is all primed and no air in the oil lines. :crazy:
