The wheels on my '72 H2 are old, period KOSMAN race units. The rear sprocket is no longer made. It has a strange bolt pattern: six bolts,80mm spacing center to center. With a 60mm center hole. It's a large 48 tooth sprocket. The last time I ordered a blank sprocket and drilled it to fit. Do any of our members DO sprockets? I've found them in 520. Does anyone know where I can get a 520 front sprocket that fits H2? Any one know of a U.S. supplier of sprocket blanks? (my pattern is 80-10.5mm)

PBI should be able to help you out. When measuring the mounting holes, you need to find the size of the bolt hole circle.
RZ front sprockets for the front, although you will need to put a spacer behind it.

I can alter sprockets bolt patterns/holes if you need one machined. ( I do not make sprockets )
