My latest purchase is a 1964 Sears Allstate Puch 250 "twingle" runs rides great. Has the original took kit and the tire pump that connects to the front of the frame. such a fun lil smoker to ride.

I thought that if it were a twingle, it would have only one exhaust pipe. :?: Maybe the front cylinder has two exhaust ports for looks. (?)

I owned one of those puch steyr daimlers a few yrs back..Not as nice as yours though.. Loved the tank feature. Suggested 30 wt. motor oil as the mix. Had an old harley scat once with the same feature.. That fuel cap measuring device was the ticket back then.. Its no wonder they were known to puff a little smoke burning 30 wt. non detergent as a two stroke oil....

My father's Wards Sea King (Chrysler) 55 hp outboard's manual says to use additive-free SAE30. That thing's been running since '67 and still has hone marks on the cylinders, and has never used any other oil.

A friend of mine had one in the 60s as kids , had amazing amount of torque , Split singles are a good way to keep the fuel and exhaust gases seperate inlet ports in back cylinder and exh ports in front , very long stroke if i remember right , nice bike would be worth a pritty penny now :D
