This is not a "anything goes" board, there are plenty of those for guys to join if they don't like it here.
What you aren't "getting" is every time some part or bike sells for way over it's actual worth, hurts this hobby. That is good for guys that just sell stuff, but not for the rest of us that actually care about the bikes, and not money. It has nothing to do with being on a high horse, is just we are not going to condone or promote selling triple parts or bikes at grossly inflated profits. We don't care about what the market will bear, or what someone with more money than brains will pay for something.
Again, if you don't like it here, then go find another board that will relish in your opportunist profits and pat you on the back. Maybe a used car salesman site or the like........

You are one of the ones that started hurling personal insults the first time I walked in here. You guys do chase off more than a few people, but, this is your forum, and yes, it does offer great information.
Too bad about the arrogance though, I can wish you would tone it down, I can wish it all I want, I do not think you are able, and I accept that, nothing I can do about it.

I will say that I've always felt welcomed on this board, I've learned tons of stuff about triples and every triple guy that I have met at the gap has been a pleasure to hang out with.If the original poster had been upfront from the getgo with his price, the only comment made would have been the sounds of crickets chirping.
