I picked this up as part of a deal and have no intentions of doing anything with it in the near future. I am offering the whole bike before I part it out. Its a late model 500. Frame has be raked, extended swingarm with built in air tank(not a h swingarm). Stock forks. There is a set of Denco stingers, right and center have some repairs in the bellies and all have some dents. Overall pipes are not bad if you are going to drag with them, should probably have a little work to them for a nice street bike.

The motor was said to be gone though including the crank and never run, but I would take it with a grain of salt. I did pull the right head and cylinder. Head looks to have the combustion chamber cut, piston looks good, and looking down at the crank it looks shiny. Also looks like someone took to porting it as well. The cases also look to have fresh sealer from being split so maybe the motor was gone through. I didn't hear it run and the wiring looks like it needs to be cleaned up some but maybe this thing would be runner with little work.

I don't really know much more about it. I don't have a title for the bike either. It is located in Bangor, PA 18013. I can store the bike for a little while if needed as long as its paid for, and I can work with you on shipping if needed. $1,000 for the bike as it is.

2300 miles round trip, 26 mpg = 88.5 gallons of gas @ 3.40/gal = only about $300.00

Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Ah crapola, needs a trailer, $$$, I'd love to have it but have to pass -

Bet it sells quickly!

Thanks for posting it

I just wanted to update after I looked it over a little. The pipes may not be Denco, they may be Fast By Gast stingers. There is also no oil pump and no flywheel on the motor(I am not sure why the flywheel is missing). There is not much of the wiring hooked up but the coils are there and so are the CDI boxes. It may or may not need some wires added to the harness. It also needs to have the air shifter sorted. The air cylinder is there but a little fab work is needed to hook it onto the shifter. I would call it a project bike, but most of the main stuff is there.

Bike is listed on Ebay. If any member is interested I will end the auction early for the price stated here as long as the reserve isn't met in the auction. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Kawasaki ... 460555d267

Great price for an almost completed propject bike. Too bad I missed out on this one. Don't know what I'd do with it, but my wife needs a couple more things to trip over in the garage
