Steve, don't misunderstand my comments .....I could not care less about you trying to make money on EBay.....in fact if you had a part that I needed I would probably be your high bidder . I only thought it was a bit strange that your posts were steering folks to your auctions and then followed by posts about how much money you made. But,what really made me believe that you were only here to direct people to your auctions was your profile........you listed .................. Interests: Vintage Japanese Motorcycles Parts Accessories and Related Stuff............ not bikes....parts.

I hope that this is water under the bridge for everyone at this point and that you stick around on the board and enjoy being part of the board.

I see that you removed all of the good reference pictures that you had posted. I sincerely hope that you decide to share those again in the future and feel the need to "contribute as well as document the best I could the parts I'm handling"as you said that you hoped to.

I was at my favorite Automotive junkyard yesterday. There is a large area with lawn mowers, tractors & some misc pilfered motorcycles. Hard to find anything in the heeps of junk let alone a motorcycle. It's bad, spent some time looking for my tool bucket a couple times & another guy asked me, have you seen my wheel barrow? But I managed to find a few good parts.

EX500 right caliper, side stand bolt/nut, axle adjusters & a spare oil filter bolt & plate for the ZL.
Found an old unidentifiable with a nice Akron 19X1.6 36H outer. I cut off the tire w/ my leatherman, cut the bead cables & spokes off w/ my Knipex mini bolt cutter. Amazing tool, will cut a clutch cable with one hand & is only 9in long... Germans.
Found a raped GT550 with the engine, took the oil pump & lines. I guess I took those because of the H1 line & pump fettish.

Whole pile cost me $10.00

Just upgraded the front brake on my H2. Bought a 5/8" repo master cylinder, braided brake lines and ex500 caliper/ w HH new pads. I may turn the forks around
to make leading edge but works great as is. Also picked up a Bridgestone S11 rear tire. Running a 130 on the 3.00 rim and it just makes it by attaching the brake rod on the outside of the front mounting tab. For what it is, this bike handles and stops much better than before, still feels like a bicycle with 70+ hp but
fun none the less.

Cool - hot tips appreciated Tim.

Here's a totally default setting vid I took (before the snow comes in). I don't think I like the default setting though, looks like a fishbowl, also I have the open back cover - supposed to be better for sound but I'll try it with the water proof one and see if the wind noise goes away enough to still hear.

PS - Rod, if you're watching, this is not the link in the helmet threat - I'll post that there.

PS all - my frigging triple runs GREAT! Note I'm doing a little more than the posted speed limit but I know where the cops hang out.
