We don't know what happened before the filming started so can only make assumptions. However there is no way at all of condoning her use of the vehicle as a weapon.

I cycle a lot. People flip me off, dirty looks, etc, I quite often catch them at the light and they generally look straight ahead! Lol. One of these days I may meet my match tho, like that bully on the motorcycle.
