HOw about more about the Red 75H2 when you get caught up please !!!!!!
I NEVER catch up Barry

But, here is an edited highlight of it's life . . .
.
When I first bought the bike used in 1977 it was red (note the U.K.specseat with strap and buckle) it had the typical rust patch behind the badge so my pal George took them to raleigh to get them sprayed and signwritten, the "white" lettering on the tank was prysmatic decals that you could buy backin the day.
.

.
A few years later I was out pulling the Worlds biggest wheelie when the thottle jammed open
.

.

.
We parted company in 2nd gear at 90MPH . . .and 11,250 RPM
.

.
the bike was poorly
.

.
But came back again as Purple -
.

.
and back to the wheelie practice (The side stand spring was weak)
.

.

.
Until I threw it away in front of a cop car in the rain (going WAY too fast, saw him, braked and lost the front end on a white line)
.

.
So . . . Chrome would be good
.

.
Or red ?
.

.
Or Purple?
.

.
I wanted the bike to be something special performance wise, I dreamt of it being as fast as my "street" Drag bike, and at Norwalk a couple of years back I bought a Gast Top end and carbs etc, coupled with a set of Jim Knights "Street" Sidewinders it took to the road in Sept this year.
.
.

.

.
When I bought the bike it wasin the Red, in the U.K.90% ofall H2c's are Purple so I found a set of Original paintwork and fitted it.
.

The bike was "Lively" to say the least and less than 24 hours later it was at the drag strip,it was incredibly difficult to ride, skinny back tyre and as soon as the power hit in any gear up came the front Wheel.
