I'm having my 1973 H2A body parts painted. I have side cover emblems with double-stick tape. I can't imagine that the emblems will stay on with all that vibration happening.

I guess I will lightly sand the new clear coat for the tape to get some traction. Any better ideas? I wouldn't mind using decals instead of emblems, however I haven't seen any decals that match the 1973 sidecover emblems.

I went with these. They may not be correct, but I liked them. As far as the double sided 3m tape working, I have a set of 1109 side cover emblems on my ZRX. The tape works fine.
