I'm hoping I have the wiring harness routed properly here's where I have it roughly routed now.

I've been doing a lot of research on this project. Never worked on one and didn't take it apart. So it's been challenging. But It's starting to get a lot clearer.

I removed the center stand to make room for the chambers. I'm considering selling that. Got the rear brake linkage attached along with both foot pegs.



Same thing on the left side foot pegs and laying out the sift linkage.



JBoz did a outstanding job on the seat. I thought I was going to have to buy rubber dampers etc.. Nope !

John is defiantly the powder coat king. Awesome look with the stainless steel allen bolts. Thank you John! I'm going to use my Dremal tool and work on the Kawasaki logos, I think it needs shine there. I'm not sure if I will do just the letters or the back ground surrounding the letters.

I'm also thinking slightly different colors on the fender and head light brackets. My thought is going dark. The reason being the cases are powder coated black vs polished aluminum. The expansion chambers I ordered originally were suppose to be clear coated. Well although the site said they were available, all he had were the clear waxed version. He offered to supply the clear coat paint. But I would have to clean the wax off to paint. I opted for the satin black pipes. Then the wheels are not the traditional chrome, they are black also. So I'm leaning on having the fender painted to match the rest of the body parts. And I'm flipping quarters on chrome or black brackets for the headlights.

Just so you are aware.... the stator/pickup assembly is NOT 1974 model. It is H1D (1973).

Yes, it's noted in the original email 2015 from Steve III to the new owner JBoz on the first post. I appreciate your help and comments Dale. I assume I'll have to use the wiring diagram for the 73 H1D for that circuit.

I've spent days looking up parts, new and used. I'm sure there will be more needed but I believe I have the lions share of it coming.
