I have a 1972/73 Rear hub to part exchange. Cleaned and sent the rear hub for vapor blasting, came back looking fantastic. Was just about to get the edges polished when I noticed it was for a 72/73 H2 and not my 75 H2 :banghead
So anyone work out a deal.....Thanks Steve

Are the very minor differences, (damper rubber mounts) relevant? Maybe I can learn something??

When you are a bit of an anorak like me and want to restore to as high a standard as you can then yes.
To someone who really doesn't care for model accuracy then no.
