All the searching I have done points to this Length. Thing is all 4 of mine that I have found Are 195mm. Every size triple seems to have the same size at 167.5mm . Am I missing something. The short rod is correct at 49mm. Thanks

Hey Thom, the H2's have the steel ball in between the rods, that's why it's shorter.

167.5 is more than an inch shorter than 195. I don't remember the ball being that big.

:)

Those are the part numbers I was using as a reference. I just pulled another motor apart and the rod in it also is 195. Can someone actually measure one for me?

My bike is a 750 altered image. Those numbers you have are the same as mine for the rods I have.

Let's get history of the engines. Any mods?
All 750's?

20.5mm is missing somewhere if H2's really run 167mm rods.

Hyd. clutch release?

I'm thinking the parts manuals are wrong.
13116-019 is for S series and shown to be 167.5mm
13116-009 is for H series and shown to be 167.5mm
I'm betting the H series should be 195mm.... that makes sense.
In fact, the H1/A parts manual specifies 195mm for 13116-009.
