I have my 73 H2a without a title. How difficult to get bonded title? I had title but did not register 20 plus years ago. My 4Runner had been stolen and the title for it and my h1b were in my briefcase. Bike has been in my living room since I bought it way back when. Thinking of selling a couple of my bikes and this is one. Beautiful 4500 mile original bike . Unless someone just wants a bike for living room like me I figure I best get a title prior to selling. Does it affect value much versus a regular title? Thanks for any info

I guess it depends on what the rules are where you're located. I did it in NC a few years ago and it was quick and easy, and cost $100. If you're in North Carolina I'll dig out the step by step procedure I wrote. If you're in Arizona or Belgium I can't help.

I don't know if it has any effect on the value of the vehicle or not, but it shouldn't. It gives a possible owner it was stolen from a couple years to claim it, and the bond pays him the value, allowing you to keep the vehicle.

I’ll look a little deeper. I’m back home in Arizona nowadays. I plan on selling eventually so I do have time.

Jim do you think you could pull that up? I have a trail 70 I would like to put on the road.
