The bulletin outlines an FDM and info. After engine 8800, starting at 8801, ALLI1 were factory fitted with the high cover and above the carb spark plug wire routing, no matter the country sold. It was also an FDM, factory directed modification change over for 8800 and earlier.

Main issue was spark plug wires running under the right carb could light off fuel from the right carb overflowing if the fuel valve was left in prime. Fuel leak, wires get soaked, rack, instant bonfire.

ALL,COUNTRIES HAD THE SAME CHANGEOVER, LONG BEFORE THE H1-B EVOLVED.
