I'm loosing 62 hours I can't carry over so I'll loose it - just read that over 50% of Americans loose vacation this way. No biggie for me though -- I don't care. I really did not know I had that much left. I'm only kinda working anyway - a lot of my team has taken the holidays off so I'm covering and it's really quiet at work.

Mark - The H2 locked up again - same as over the summer when I found the broken circlip in the tans. Opened it up and the same circlip I replaced is bent. I have no idea what's causing this. I'll post some stuff later about this issue. I have a good 500 trans I might just saw in - maybe just send it to Gast - dunno yet, I can't see anything wrong causing this.

It's too darn cold right now to spend much time in the garage even with the heater on everything metal gets cold-soaked. Just a passing though - it'll warm up in the 50's in a couple of days.

send it to mark at rd in fla. I bet the side clearance on the gear is a hair too tight when its warmed up and rotating the clip and 'rolling' it out of the groove and off the shaft.

Might do that. I'm wondering why after all these years it's doing it now?

You'll love Mark Doucette's work. Definitely worth the cost and will shift like a modern bike. 10 years since he did my transmission and still no issues whatsoever!
