I spent the other day doing some things I have always liked doing, and something I have wanted to do for years.
Rented a big azzed pickup truck and hit the road East. I love a good road trip...
Secondly, I love getting a goodeal (no pun) on some bikes any time I can.
Picked up some deals I basically got for a song each, and went on to meet a friend I've known for years but had never met.
JayDav gave me the grand tour of his garage. (no Jays garage jokes please)
All his bikes are cleaner than my kitchen floor after being waxed...
Real nice eye candy, including a kick ass ELR I would love to take out and prune some time.
It was great meeting you Bud and I could never have gotten the loading done without you.
We had an awesome quiet dinner and went our separate ways.
Looking forward to seeing you again, maybe up North next June Jay.
;)

Southerners invading the North usually doesn't turn out well. But you are correct, we do need to head up your way.
