Any bike or car the comes to Ca. has to be vin inspected by the CHP. They also look for the federal emissions and compliance sticker. Since
these bikes never had that sticker, that ends it. I never would have bought the bike in the first place if the Ca. title compliance office didn't tell
me that I could title and register the bike. I had even called a second time before purchase just to confirm their statement . I'm sure before long
they will ban any 2-strokes here, I'll be long gone before then. Gov. Moon Beams latest is senate bill 350. Another global warming gas tax and rationing
scam. They want everyone to get out of there cars and take public transportation.

They want me to take public transpo, wait til I roll a hand truck full dirty, greasy, oil dripping engine parts on there already crappy buses and trains. Or better yet roll a big block chevy on an engine stand onto one their vehicles, then wait for the driver to pull an emergency stop and have damn thing take off down the center aisle taking out people etc. can't wait!

I used to live in Whittier, I had this fun with my RZ500.

YES, one of both the left side of our government have been trying to force everyone out of their vehicles and onto their managed public transport systems for just over 100 years now. From outrageous emissions regs, to fuel shortages, and pricing just short of the moon for fuel, cars, insurance, they have almost attained their goals of no more cars, trucks, bikes, engines of any kind, including electric vehicles. They want you to ride their managed puvli transport systems, period, with a personal LoJack system chipi embedded inside YOU, and I. Literally, the U.N. One World Government New World Order politically correct people have the same goal, full tracking and management of every person on earth, and those that leave it as well.

In the last 30 years, we have seen two of the basic "Will it work, and can we force the public out of their cars" tests either come to fruition, or, about to.

First IS Kerry and Kennedy's "Big Dig", Boston, "Can we dig a high speed rail system under an existing city?" Well, hes, but it took massive over run costs now paid for not by Massachussetts, but by all Americans. It only killed 17 people in the making.

Second IS the "California Central Valley High Speed Rail System". Well, you did realize they have to LINK all those under city terminals and rail systems together....didn't you?

The U.N.'s basic framework for all this has a lot of other things in it, along with the taking of all vehicles off the roads, it was/is called U.N. Agenda 21. It is now obsolete, revised in 2012, at the "Rio + 20" meeting in Rio de Janeiro, and now called (google it), 'a more friendly'......."The Future We Want".

Got all my top end parts from Japan yesterday. NOS Suzuki parts, was told on the RGV forum to use Suzuki pistons for street use.
The right cylinder power valves had a pin come loose and the valves hit the piston. Destroyed to piston, cylinder and power valves.
It's amazing how high tech this motor is for being a 1990. Power valves controlled by a computer and throttle position sensor. Carbs
have power jets for idle and main circuit and it also has reed cages. Pistons or only 56mm and it's amazing the power this little
thing makes. Really don't want to sell this bike so may just keep it till I move from this crappy state. If you ever get a chance to ride one
of these little bikes, take it.

Worked half the day on the Suzuki, put the H2 on the back burner again :( The RGV motor is super light and easy to put back it the frame. The
front cradle unbolts so you just put the rear lower bolt in, swing it up and the rear upper goes in. As soon as it's running again all the plastics are
getting painted pearl white and new stock decals. Only thing that needs powder coating is the fairing stay, gauge brackets, and rear sub frame.
Haven't decided if I'm going to powder coat the wheels at this point. Also need to get a rear shock from Dave Quinn and rebuild/polish the front
forks. Really torn about selling the bike, will have to ponder it for a while.

Searched for months to find someone that makes a decal kit for the early VJ22. Web site is in Japan so will be fun to try and order.

That looks like one of those" I wish I never sold my -----------" kind of bikes! No help to you in California, but here, with an old/untitled bike you would apply for a new Registration, and if it's not stolen, you have the bike inspected, and if the build is good, and it is legal for the time frame, then it is registered with new plates. Anyway, don't sell it, I'd rather move...........!

Worked on the RGV this weekend and got everything hooked back up. Squirted some start fluid in the carbs and she fired to life first try.
Sounds strong with no more death rattle from the left piston. Now it's time to work on getting it painted and looking proper. Will decide if I want to sell
it after it's completely finished.

It's frustrating Cody since I can't ride it legally here. I did just get my Vermont plate though
Took a video with my phone, can't find my Gopro.
