Who makes the best carb kit for early Kawasaki 500 that works I know ivans are the best for the Kawasaki 750 but I don't think he makes a early 500 kit. best kit for the money? AK1 carbs.

I believe Ivans kit works equally well on the early H1.

Ivan told me you need the 3.0 slides to work his kit on the earlier bikes. They are available sometimes on ebay.

Hey Guys
I have fitted Ivans kits into my 69 H1 and what difference, It pulls like train and runs without any issues.

I spoke with Ivan and he was very helpful, its actually 2.0 slides that you require to to fit when using his kits on the early models

69-71 carbs come with 2.0 slides from the factory right?

checked site 72 and later 2.0 slides ok ill look for some on ebay and run ivans kits thank much
