Is the stock gearing on a kh400 15x41?If so,what would a 45 tooth rear sprocket do to it?Thanks as always.

I just want to find out what stock gearing was and stick with it.I was sent a 15 front and 45 rear,and I think stock was 41

So a 45 will give you better acceleration, more revs at cruising speed, and essentially a lower top speed....... (generally speaking) - usually the standard gearing is a good compromise.
