Im sure some of you guys most own a GPZ model Ninja or belongs to a forum for the old Kaws.
I have some emblems-decals for the GPZs that I can not even find on the web or in any Kawasaki parts programs I know of.

PN. K83100-608

Pics attached

Any help in determining what these are for will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any answers.

Well, I had a GPz 900 ninja a long time ago..... There were several GPz's, of varying capacities, I think from 600-1100cc. And they had a lot of models over many years.

When you want to find a donut shop...you call a cop.

When you want to know about GPz's...you call me...'cause I know a guy who knows all about them.

The 'K' suffix indicates they were a Kawasaki accessory, and so won't come up in most parts software. Meaning, they did not come standard on any bike, but could be added later.

That sticker could possibly have been intended to go on the optional 81 GPz1100 fairing, right above the headlight.

I would be interested in at least one.

Hi, i know mr foully is right , the stickers were optional accessory add on for all grand prix z ,motorcycles of the early 80s , 80-81-82 , gpz100s and the 82 kz750 r1 ( #1-gpz750), they were made for street riders as well as track racers/ riders of the era, the font in which they were printed says 80- 81-82, you have to remember at that time was the transition from the kz to the gpz nameplates for kawasaki. you had 550,750,1100 models, i do believe the stickers were in white to work for any color machine you owned or raced and for brand visibility. they were put on windshields/farings,helmets and bodywork. if you notice the kit comes with 2 each for both side views. kawasaki was very proud of there racing heritage and wanted to show off there new (grand prix z) race bikes :)   . regards mike

Thanks for that Mike.
But these are silver and they are debossed or "raised" emblems, one in each bag with a tag.
Definatly an add on I agree, just not the ones you were thinking of I guess.

EBAY TIME for those puppies now. Thanks for all the replies guys.
