If the guy thinks the crossover between mid and high is at 92kHz, he might not know much about audio in general.

I dunno - maybe time for an upgrade - it would fit right where your boombox is now :o

You guys have it all wrong; you need 70's audio for your shop.
I was running JBL studio monitors but have switched to Dyncao speakers with an old Marantz receiver.
When I get a minute I need to check the bias and go back to my all tube Dynaco rig although the Sherwood integrated tube amp is nice too.

Like this Jim? My Denon, Teac, Pioneer etc... I just ordered another Denon AVC2000 as my AVC1000 does not have surround sound.

JBLs on the bottom.

Nice
Truth be told, I "listen" to music through some self powered studio monitors driven by an Adcom pre.
After some new cabinets, I'll be able to play records again!

Yes kids, those 12" petroleum based platters that you can't believe existed so that you can listen to ultra-compressed, horrible audio through cheap D to A convertors and call it MP3. I have cassettes that sound better.

My 17 year old can't understand how businesses were run before the inter web.
Punks.

MP3 is pretty bad. Ogg Vorbis is a ton better and makes smaller files for a given compression. If you can get a FLAC version, you're as good as a CD.
