Base gaskets only go one way

It will work if you turn the cylinders around too! :e11

Or you can get copper base gaskets, he will make them without the hole.

so if i put a small set screw in the case at the base gasket t block the hole leading to the intake port but allow it to go to the crank i should be good same base gasket no oil to the intake port.

To clarify, each port or hose coming from the pump HAS to flow somewhere. So what I am getting you are running the line to the mains, and then lines to the carbs?

The early model pumps and lines are plentiful maybe someone even trade you as the 3 into one oil pipe is getting rare. Why would you chance frying a new crank over this. :?: You cannot just plug things off as this doesn't reroute it it will just plug it and as moo said you have to have all ports on the pump flowing no restrictions. They do sell a block off plate you can get then you can mix the oil and gas manually but that sucks and whatever you do do not turn the pump counter clockwise as it will fry it.

yes sir i want to use the 3in one to the mains andthe lines and check valves to the carbs and block off just at the base gasket so the oil dont go to the carbs and the intake port at the same time

I have 72 cases and 74 cylinders with the hole in them.. Dont know if my pump works, as the bike have been run on premix since atleast one owner before me.. i dont want to mess with it until wintertime when i want to go back to the pump (rebuilding the engine) Could i just remove the lines and block the inlets in the cases with some bolts? letting the pump, pump freely under the cover?

The pump will run out of lubricant and seize, it needs to be removed.
