As much as I enjoy living in rural America, it does have its drawbacks at times.
Furry basturds who like to camp out in small warm places for example....
Here is what some critters did inside the tail of my Connie.
Last shot, show the preventive maint. i did when closing it up.

Little buggers used to build nests in the heater duct for my Sebring.
When Dad owned the car, he took it to the Chrysler dealer a couple times a year to have them pull the crap out.
When I got the car, I had my mechanic tear it all apart and clean it properly.
He put a half dozen Bounce sheets in there and I have had no repeat visits for 3 years now.
Funny you say that about nests, some of the debris I took out of the tail was dryer sheet pieces.
Once the sheets loses the odor, they dont mind them I guess.

the mice sure like the Kawi tail sections my H1 was the same, I have been doing the dryer sheet thing for awhile in the garage seems to work the mice are gone .. Dryer sheets an old motorhome /camper trick :thumbup:
