I took this bike in again to try and sort out some ridding and tuning issues. I talked to Dave that built this bike on the phone a while back and he gave me
some details. Suspension and brake parts are from a ZX6D. He never finished jetting the carbs so I sorted them out. I never liked
the look or feel of the clip-ons so made up a different setup with superbike bars. I put a few miles on the bike as it was before and it just
didn't feel right. Now with a different triple clamp and bars it's changed the bike in the right direction. I've ridden about 8 triples now and
this bike handles the best. My 72 with the 19" front lester feels ways worse than my first 72 with the 18" front. This 73 has 17" wheels and
has good turn in and holds the line well. It's no sport bike but way better than a stock or close to stock 72-3.
