I'm pretty familiar with Eastern European and Russian bikes, but these pipes are definitely non of these.

My guess , Suzuki S-32

Approximately EUR 1,037.38

I too thought it a damn good price. The auction at the Stafford Show in October had quite a few low prices as well, as if there is a lull in the market at present.
