71 model year could be save but need some works for sure

When I took the gas cap off, the neck of the tank came with it.
Tapped the rusty spot and poked a hole in the tank.
Engine is stuck as well as the wheels.
Guy stored it in a barn in 1980 and the barn fell down around it.
Sat outdoors from 2003 afterwords. Rear fender and wheels will clean up.
Exhaust looks to only need the baffle tips and seems solid.
Will likely part out what ever is good on it, except the engine.
