So, at the end of November, I drug the Snow Job and a NASTY '72 H2 back from Michigan.
Unloaded it in my garage and thought "what the heck have I gotten myself (and Mark!) into?"
The Snow Job was missing ALL of the front end pieces, the output shaft (that drives the twin-tracks) was missing its sprocket, chain cover, and who knows "what" brand of bike it originally had mounted on it as you could tell right away it wasn't a Kawasaki Triple... So we needed to sort out the front and rear mounting as well.

The H2 "donor bike" was one that I bought out of a pole-barn in Indiana about 8 or 10 years ago. One of the Rustiest pieces of crap I've ever dug out of the earth. The funny part? It actually ran..
I sold it to Rick about 6 or 7 years ago as he needed a pile of junk to be used as the "donor" for the Snow Job. I told him that it actually ran pretty well. I don't think he believed me, as he looked at me like I had 2 heads. When he got it back to Michigan had to "see for himself".
So, in typical "Rick Brett Fashion" proceeded to soak the K&N filters with Starting Fluid, took a stab at the kick start lever, and was shocked when it not only fired to life, but started the K&N's on fire as well, which then took out part of the wiring harness and the throttle/choke cables...

Thankfully, the Snow Job doesn't require wheels, foot pegs, lighting, etc. So that is a good amount of "restoration" that can be bypassed.
