I am an true amateur and following this thread with interest and waiting for pipe kits to be available :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I have also read Graham Bells tuning handbook and done some intake mods like put on an S2 carb, but my procect has been sidelined far to long :oops:

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out.
I was surprised to see such a little carb on there... Talk about a pea shooter! :lol:
I plan to open up the side cover and run a UNI right out the side of the motor and get rid of all the stock intake stuff... I've been looking at Mikuni 24mm TM flat slides... The nice thing about a single is I don't need to multiply the price of every component by 3! Lol

Re-thinking things now that I bought a 5 port G4 cylinder for the rebuild...
The cases I have require machining to true up the rotary valve area (both sides) from damage, I also need to port the cases to accept the 5 port cylinder...
My question is, wouldn't the guts from a G3 go into these cases and I'm done with it?

I switch gears on this project from the motor for a couple weeks...
I wanted to go with a flat tracker look but no tail sections small enough for this little frame. I had to go with a bubble... Nothing set in stone while its only in CAD though! :)

I'm also going to design a high pipe, I'm pretty sure that style is going to fit the bike better, just not so sure if I'm going to like the look!

That flat tracker seat i wanted was just too big... I'll post a picture later.
