Hmmm, not sure if its quite there yet... I might even consider an old school low pipe.

Find a G4 100 cylinder, they are aluminum, that would be a good start. And modding the rotary valve cover for a bigger carb.

After having the cast iron head in my hand, it seems like the way to go for sure!
I'm curious if a G5 head is compatible as well?
Also, I was reading some info on the G31M having 18 HP at 13,000 rpm, does that sound reasonable without the crank grenading?

This looks like a good carb kit eh! Don't even care if it fits the bike or not...

Curiosity got the best of me... I think I'm in the market for a life jacket from the same seller...

Have you heard of a recommended RPM then, keeping in mind that I don't want to rebuild the motor twice a season... ;)
As an example, anything above 10k on a H1 would be pushing it for a street bike so my shift light is set for 9.5...
Also any forums you know of for the kawi single rotary bikes? Not having much luck looking.
I guess I got spoiled with the wealth of info available for the triple!!!

Just work out your 4000ft/min, and you will be safe. Put in good bearings, shot peen the rod. And set your pipes for that rpm.
