I can't figure out how to get the face off. I pried carefully on the metal ring and it doesn't look to be glued. And doesn't twist.

This one doesn't want to work (sticks and won't go over around 20), Came off a donor bike that has sat in the rain for about a month. I am currently running an ugly suzuki speedo till i can fix it. I have had good luck fixing them in the past, if i can figure out how to get it apart.

Their must be a trick to it, but it looks so good I don't want to chance breaking it till I get some feedback. :e12

no wonder I couldn't find it earlier. It is under "meter restoration" in the how to list. I was looking for gauges or speedometer.

I didn't learn that the word "bits" was interchangeable with the word "parts" till a month ago..lol

Thank you. Kind of a convoluted string.
And for some reason, every time I try to click on the email link to "go there" I have to log in again...even if I am already reading posts from this site.
Frustrating.

Great info, but one of the least user-friendly sites I have seen. I keep coming back because the members are great and the info is priceless.

But the site has issues.

I suspect your browser is not set to accept cookies. It works fine for me and I have heard no other complaints about problems clicking the "Email" link.
