Very nice, Mike. Even if it weren't an antique it would be a great tool to have around. I hope you get a lot of good use from it.

Yeah, my father used to have one but sold it before he passed away. Always though I wish I could have kept it.

Its so odd, about a week ago I was thinking I could use an anvil to fix the exhaust on my truck and here it is! This is the 2nd time I needed something you don't see everyday and it was put on my lap.

That's the standard expression when a anvil "falls" into your lap........

The round hole and the square hole are for different tool attachments, they're hard to find , sometimes you get lucky and find an attachment at a yard sale for cheap on account that most people don't know what they are, if you have enough attachments and the anvil goes way up in value.

Found this at a swap meet for $30. It's a 1/4 scale car, 4' long(you can see the controller in the pic for size reference), and runs off a 12V lead acid battery. It's a toy grade car, but I might swap in some hobby grade gear if I get the time. Aside from the comical random english phrase stickers, it looks pretty cool. I figured if nothing else, it could look good on my shelf for $30 :D
