How bent or straight the kickstarter lever is can be a good indication of how easy the bike starts. I think those kickers you have with the curve are bent from kicking a lot, or leaving the foot peg down.

Back from Watkins Glen, awful race event for us. So my kickstart lever is normal it seems, is the later one with the bend. It clears my chambers easily, and the pedal is horizontal when deployed out, so I'm going to leave it as is and not put it in the press. The additional bend does not help it clear the pipes, the bend is down when using it, but it does look original. Might get hold of an early straight one and see if it clears my pipes, just bugs me to hit my knee while riding.

Notice that in the photo of the curved levers, they're not all curved the same amount. I believe that they all started out from the factory straight. There's no reason to manufacture them curved.

Thanks for getting them all out! I've been photographing and measuring as well.

The kicker is obviously cast

I suspect that either the supplier or the mold changed over the Years as all mine vary in size (at the top) I have measured the N.O.S. Bikes and the VERY low miles of every model, Sizes vary from 11.4mm to 14.6mm but there is no real Year that they obviously changed, the H2a was 14.6 and the H2b was 11.4 but then the H2c : one was 12.8 and One 13.9
