Clean the filters of oil, they will choke a motor. Just a super light spritz of any light spray oil. Just enough for dust to stick.

Problem solved. Maybe I'll mess with it again in the fall or next spring. I've got 4.9 miles on it and 400 man hours.

Thanks for all the help and support, you triple guys are a rare breed. Bike is officially retired for this season, I don't want to look at it

Sounds about right to me!!... nearly sledgehammered mine... thought it was going to break me!!

Seems like a easy fix, if it sits it will just be develop more problems.

Problem was never solved. I pushed it in the corner and covered it up so i don't look at it ( problem solved).
Bike has been jetted 102.5 -105- 107.5 three clip four clip. New plugs ,Clean filter or no filters Has good spark and 150psi across. It starts and idles great with whatever jetting. Wont rev up, let out the clutch and it won't move just bogs chokes out whatever. I have no clue .

sounds like clogged/ to small pilots and/or timing might need to be checked.
Although a tarp and a corner are valid solutions...been there :banghead :e4

I had the same problem years ago. Bike was tuned and jetted at sea level but I live at 3,400 ft above sea level.
Bike would bogg down and flood out. Checked the timing and went back to stock jetting. Runs like a scared rabbit again.
