"For sale professionally ground up restored and built Cafe Racer from 81 Yamaha SR 185. Low original 2872 Miles. electric start 185cc four speed. Perfect bike for everyday or weekend toy. Many modifications and new parts including IRC front and rear tires, battery, seals, stop light, four smoked turn signals, fuel filter, new engine oil filter and oil, drive chain, speedometer, mirrors, grips, headlight, fork seals, fork boots and dampening oil, new triple tree bearings, new clutch cable, handlebar, custom muffler, custom breather filter, polished clutch and brake levers, new carburetor cone filter, carburetor has been cleaned rebuilt and rejetted, starts idles and runs good, also sounds good, new cafe racer seat designed special for SR 185 only and leather seat cover, kawasaki kz 440 rear shocks etc. As you can see all electricals are hidden, They are under seat. Comes with Pink Slip non op status $83 to re register under new owner's name. I spent the same amount of time and the money like you could build bigger cc bike and sell it for more money. I'd be interested to know if the "professional" stripped the bike or just sprayed the entire thing Black and the body blue . . . Looks like a 2 hour custom job :roll:

It's a 185cc 4 stroke guys... Does it really matter beyond that? :lol:
I'm sure it performs as well as it looks, in that regard, she's damn near perfect!

I'm amazed what people think their "stuff" is worth. Motorcycles especially. I troll CL locally for bikes and I'm amazed - freaked out really - what people think their "absolute junk" is worth. Somebody will have a rusted, worthless, POS and ask a grand for something because they think it's valuable when it's not. A simple check eBay or other places will give them some idea about a "things" value but apparently nobody seems to do that :roll:

four speeds the french SR 125 has 5 speeds (to hit a fabulous 62 MPH the noise on the bar :lol:) :?: :!:

That's pretty basic, easy bike modding there. I think I could build one that good. It is very ugly to me.
