You guys were awesome in helping me identify a KZ750 seat a while ago, so here is another one I cant place.
I was thinking late 60s early 70s Suzuki or maybe a similar period smaller Honda.

The rounded back section reminds me of older (60s) yammys as well.

The rear bracketry also makes me think 1965-1969 Yamaha YDS or YM series.
