Left the FZ1 for sale and got this one brand new, I've been dreaming of for some years.

Looks sexy and has very well finished mechanical details. Strange thing, a crispy acceleration V2 1,200cc light engine on a sports bike. Riding ergonomics...first ride in town and my wirsts are aching... and mirros are worthless as I can only see my own arms. Shut off the throtle while riding and the engine backfires like popcorn. Can't find neutral with engine running; turn the engine off and it is easy to find; not much different from my KH500 in this point.

It's a very fun bike and it has a special and unique character.

Engine sound at idle is like of a vintage V twin bike from the beginning of last century, and it is noisy and loud, very loud!
My neighboors, from now on will feel relieved when I start the KH 500 in the backyard instead of the 1198... except for the missing blue smoke...

Exotic motorcycles,.. I love those things!

John, I'm already making a list of things I don't like and need a change: handlebar raisers, footpeg lowerers, mirrors extensions and replace some black painting for chrome and maybe an H2 engine?..
