 Post subject: Anyone close to Ogden?

The chrome shop in Ogden ground the date codes off my Z1 rims when they got chromed. The fellow there said he will strip the chrome off and try to engrave the codes back on, it's my only option :e4 . I sent him pictures of the codes and gave him fairly exact caliper measurements. He got back and said he can't copy them off the pictures I sent. Does anyone that live close have a date coded rim on or off the bike you could take there and show him for me? I will pay you what it's worth. Thanks!
