Spoke with an attorney at Suzy corporate headquarters and he is a fan of the old gals too.
He reffered me to one of the head honchos to get his OK.
I sent him the logo and disclaimer/authorization form via email.
Unfortunatly he will not be back until after the holidays.

Nahh, they said I would have to use one of Suzukis approved manufacturers to make the shirts and they want over 30 bucks a piece for the damned things.
Scrapped that idea.
And after some dirt bag in Europe complained to Kawasaki about those nice H1 shirts I had made, I aint messin with the big boys any more.
Got suspended from selling at ebay for 7 days.
Copyright infringement on the picture I used.

The picture I used was from an old Christmas card Brian H posted on here last year.
I saw no copyright or registered marks on it so figured it was OK to use.
A European buyer of another shirt posted negative feedback about the quality of an old shirt I sold, so I returned the favor on his feedback. Said he should contact me before leaving bad FB and that I could not recomend him to others.
3 days later the BS from eBay saying they were contacted by Kawasaki Europe about a VERO violation. They cancelled all those shirt listings and a few that had my own logo creations on them.
Leaving several others with the same logos. Go figure.
Needles to say, those shirts are going cheap if anyone wants one. Cant sell them at evilbay.



$15.00 plus actual shipping. Just over my cost as the black shirts are more expensive.

It seems that picture/artwork was on a Christmas card Kawasaki Europe sent to customers years ago.
They said my using it without their permission violated ebay policy.
Honestly guys, you wont get busted for wearing them, I just cant sell them at evil bay is all.
Only sold a few and I have a bunch left.
Hurry up and get yours Paul.
May end up using them for door prizes at Donnies in June eh...
