I think this is off of a Suzuki Triple or Twin but not sure? Can anyone ID it and let me know if that is the desirable brake set up or not? Thanks.

Several old Suzuki's had brakes like that. They are not desirable as compared to a disk, but they are better than brakes with a single lever actuating lever.
