Hey all,

I recently took delivery of a drag bike, and don't know anything about it! This is a last ditch effort before I start changing things to see if anybody recognizes the bike. But I'd also like to know if you guys could identify some (any!) of the parts?

I apologize for the crappy pictures--did the best I could in a tight spot.

Here's the bike:

Any idea what the chambers are?

How about the rear hub?

And the swingarm?

(it's the air tank for the shifter)

The chambers look like what I'd expect for tapered head pipe TNTs. Are you really going to change things?

Not in a big way, but I may paint it, which would be the major identifying marker for someone to recognize the bike.

The only part I'd really like to change is to put a spoked wheel on the front, but the 16 has a brand new BT45, so I'm just going to leave it. Otherwise I just want to freshen it up and go racing!

Thanks for eyeballing the pipes for me! That was a brand I hadn't considered.

I'm not really sure the pipes are TNTs, just that they look kinda like TNTs. The head pipes are different at the cylinder end. Maybe they're really FBG. Definitely based on the Denco H1 shape though.

Those manifolds don't look like TNT style manifolds, nor did they use a washer for spring mounts? They used the Denco style bent wire. Spec2's used the washers, but I don't believe their pipes were sectional like that? Are they the pipes that Purple Haze Racing sells?

And the swingarm?

Probably home made?

I think the pipes are made from 2 sets of chambers welded together...FPP head pipes to Denco stingers.
