Just wondering is anyone is going to the AHRMA Vintage Motorcycle Classic this weekend, June 8-10. Which day is the best for spectators, and is the paddock open to wander around like the car oriented events?

It's all access with your admission. Are you going? I will be there in the FrameCrafters paddock. Do you have any distinguishing features so I will know you when I see you :D

I'll be there, sponging off my buddy's swap space.

Looking good so far......just a 20% chance Sat/Sun and mostly sunny. I am looking forward to checking out your fleet and watching you race

Unfortunately no triples for the weekend, I kept my H2R on the west coast this summer and raced last weekend. And, I busted a rod on the H1R at Willow.

I will have my Z1R, TZ750 and Bighorn.

I think I'll be there spectating, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I'll know later in the week. The weatherman said tonight it's expected to be mid 80's and humid, no rain forcasted.

I'll be there Sunday, I'll be the scrawny guy in the white Jalopy Journal shirt  Weather man says it's supposed to be HOT, with a fair amount of humid thrown in for good measure.

Great weekend at RA, thanks to the folks that stopped by and said Hi.

Saturday:
F500 - H1R dead so I raced the Bighorn got a 3rd, too much straight to make up in the corners
F250 - Epic battle with another F250 rider and 2 riders on 450 Honda twins in another class. Won F250, lost to one of Honda twins by a couple of feet. Super fun.
Superbike - Lost the right hand footrest at the start, that made it a little difficult to ride with so many right hand corners. Led until the last lap when I was over taken, 2nd place
Open GP - No competition won on the TZ
F-Vintage - Competition, but cruised to a win on the TZ

Sunday
200GP - Rode Lorraine's CB160 to 2nd place. I am a little big for the bike, but it helped on the down hill sections
F500 - 3rd then messed up the shifting in Canadia corner on the last lap, took 4th
F250 - Same battle as Sat, then I seized going into the chicane on lap 3, DNF
Superbike - Got a huge lead, was on cruise mode then got mugged on the last lap, 2nd
F-Vintage - Hose clamp broke and it dumped the coolant, DNF

Done in the US now until I get back from Spa and the IOM

It was nice to meet you Dave. Watching you lead the race Saturday with no right peg was one of the most epic rides I have ever seen......sorry he got you at the end but the fact you held him off that long was impressive. I'll bet that leg was cramped bad by then. And Sunday......I don't know what they did to that black Honda but it was screaming. The TZ was a blast to watch you ride and the Bighorn, well, that little guy gives you every bit he has :D Good luck across the pond.....sounds like you have a great bike to run
