Well these days keep ticking away and I am still far from done. And, just to move the time line up I am driving my bikes East two weeks before the first event in Savannah on 3/2 So current status: Z1R and G31 - Done and in the van Bighorn - Mechanically done, I decided it was looking really rough, even for one of my bikes, so it is away being painted H2R - Mechanically done and also getting painted, fortunately this bike is staying in CA for the season And now the work: A1R - I found the rear hub was busted, so it is away being repaired, after the repair I need to re-lace the wheel. H1R - fab of new l.h pipe in progress, picking it up from Scott on my way East TZ750 - I think I nearly have a new engine now, but it is coming together picking it up with the H1R CB160 - Total thrash, the engine parts are now here, so we are dropping the bike off this weekend. No idea if it will get done in time. I think this is the most issues I have ever run into on a regular rebuild cycle at the end of a year. Dave |

Yep, I have Scott, but things just escalated in every area this winter. Travelling East in a couple of weeks, planning to overnight in ABQ, I am on Hurleys calendar already. |

Another thrash weekend. Got the repaired hub, laced and trued the wheel and finished off the A1R. Got the body work back on the H2R and Bighorn and got those together. Scott came through again, the TZ is together and the jetting set on the dyno, make a nice flowing 120 hp. H1R is done with a reworked lh pipe, to get some leg clearance. Bikes are all loaded in the van. Lorraine's CB did not make it, we are still missing engine parts. Heading East later this week. Dave |

Well, at the last minute enough parts arrived/were found for the CB. It is now a mostly bad a** 200cc CB160. Heading out later today. |

Made the trip across the country last weekend delivering the bikes to my buddy in OH. Picked up the TZ and H1R from Scott and had a dinner in ABQ with Moo and Hurley. The first race is at Roebling Road in Savannah, GA. Would be great to see any triples folks in the area at the track, March 3rd and 4th. Dave |

Well, we made the first race weekend at Roebling in Savannah, GA Saturday started well, then it rained, rained harder and finally they stopped the racing when a "funnel" was spotted. That was noon on Saturday. Sunday was much nicer with the track drying through practice. The bikes ran well apart from the clutch on the A1R that would not stick and the G31 that holed a piston. Lorraine did really well on the CB, much quicker than last year and got a 2nd place in 200GP I sloshed around for 2 seconds and a third on Saturday. And then with races rolled over from Saturday, 7 wins for 7 races on Sunday. We had 3 H1's out for F500 on Sunday, which was a pretty darn cool showing of green-ness. Next race Willow. Dave |
