I know this isn't Kawasaki triple related but thought the 2-stroke community might enjoy this on-board from my tz750 at the Isle of Man last year.

Still racing my Kawasaki's and out at Willow Springs in a month if any folks are around.

Just a really nice, subdued ride through the countryside.

MAN, do I ever miss riding in places like that, YOU BET YOUR BOOTS I DO.

Thanks, Dave.

Yes, just a quick ride on the country lanes.

This was the first year where I was not overwhelmed by the course and actually knew where I was going, well most of the time.

As part of the F1 classic class you go out with the modern classes, so the guys going past were all on modern machinery.

My lap was a 104mph average in this practice (2nd lap) and for the race a 107mph. Not until the watched the video, did I realize the engine did not get up to temp. Check out the temp gauge. So it did not rev out, really culling the surge from 9.5 to 10.5, hence the lower revs and speed. The timing was not set correctly.

The first time I rode the 750 at the Manx the timing was right and the bike was much more lively and posted speeds at the traps 10mph higher. I did the same average lap speed that year.

So....... 2018, know the track and bike set up correctly.....

Im with DGA. Anytime I watch Isle of Man on board camera footage it gives me a REAL sense of awe and fear.
Great video footage.
I dont know anything about TZ's so I was wondering what that gauge was and why it looked like it was staying so low.
Glad you didn push it harder I might have had a heart attach

Tom no Sears this year, not sure what happened, we only have Willow on the west coast, the other "west" events being Salt Lake City and Oklahoma. What a joke.
